missingWrote a review on Oct 20rude staffunreasonable policy
I was appalled by the rude treatment from the staff. They wouldn’t allow my father’s grandchildren to visit him in his room, despite it being fully paid for! This policy was not only unreasonable but made our stay incredibly disappointing. I also faced issues with the pool being ice cold, making it impossible to enjoy.

The decor is charming, and the pool offers a neat indoor/outdoor feature. However, the breakfast could use improvement, and the staff seemed a bit indifferent at times. It's a clean and spacious option, though some rooms lack proper styling.

Staying in Red Wing was a treat! The breakfast had a delightful spread that kicked my day off right. I was super impressed with the friendly staff who made everything feel cozy. Plus, the location is prime—close to some local gems like Wisteria Twig and Stockholm Pie's Pie Plate Cafe for those craving tasty bites.
But let's keep it real. the renovation vibes were strong. The room felt a bit sparse and had that chemical smell lingering. Plus, no pool anymore? That's a bummer! We were hoping to dip and chill like the good old days, but nope, just a token pic left of what once was.

The room was clean and spacious, perfect for my short stay. Nice large television and comfy bed added to the enjoyment. I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Breakfast offered a decent selection, and the hot options were a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful, responding quickly when I reported an issue with the fridge. One downside was the pool being closed for maintenance, which was disappointing. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and I noticed some mild humidity in the air. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas needing attention.

Family with kids will love it
Incredible breakfast with fresh waffles and great coffee, and I appreciated that the staff provided a list of local attractions that really helped us map out our day. The room was spotless and had space for all of us to relax after a long drive, I might've even taken a dip in the pool if I hadn’t forgotten my bathing suit.
It was a bit on the pricier side, but honestly it was reasonable for what we got.
